Return & Refund Policy

At Kitchenora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the order confirmation email (proof of purchase).

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, kitchen tools that have been used for food preparation cannot be returned.

3. How to Start a Return To start a return, please contact us at: kitchenorastore.support@gmail.com. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will provide you with the specific instructions and the correct return address once your request is approved.

4. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
